    Dad absolutely loved talking on the Navy and Submariners nets every day. Made some nice contacts around the globe as well. His wife never understood his love of radio but she let him have fun at his station every day. I will miss going to Dayton with him greatly. He passed away suddenly on 3/24.

    I have known Denis for 6 years and have served on 2 ham radio clubs with him since 2006.
    Denis N8PDF was a member & officer of the Tri County Hf radio Society (KK9TC), and also a member of the Ripley County Amateur Radio Club (RCARC) .
    He will be severely missed.
