I just learned that Mike N8ECR has become a SK probably on 12-1-18. This information was from Facebook. It is said that his brother found him on Sunday and that he most likely died on Saturday night.

He ran the DX-60 net for years. He operated a home brew transmitter using a pair of 250TH tubes in push pull service. He certainly was a fixture on 3.880 MHz for many years and will be missed. There is talk about someone taking the net over but it is not known if it will be called the same name?
