Mahoning Valley Amateur Radio Association (MVARA) Centennial Special Event

The Mahoning Valley Amateur Radio Association (MVARA) in Mahoning County, Ohio, USA celebrates it's centennial year with a Special Event Station operating 20 and 40 meter phone this weekend. Sunday, August 4th, from 9:00 a.m. until 3 p.m. EDT, members of this 100 year old club will be on the air operating Club call W8QLY from Boardman Park in Mahoning County handing out contacts for the commemorative QSL.
