So sorry to hear of Lloyd's passing. We had many QSOs on the VHF/UHF bands through the 80's and 90's. RIP Lloyd.
Heard at Xenia last weekend that Lloyd was a SK. I first met him back in the late 70s when he was active with the "Red Ryder" radio club which used a 220 mhz repeater in the Plymouth Michigan area. Quite the character and his knowledge of ham radio was almost mind-boggling. He will be missed to the n'th degree and for me, another of the greats from when I first got into the hobby is gone. Again, he will be greatly missed!!!! 73 Lloyd and thanks for the many years of friendship, contacts, QSL cards and your knowledge. Bill VE3ES
