    It is with deep regret I announce the passing of my father, John A. "SKI" Hodurski, KM4YUL this morning, Nov 17th, 2019 in Lake Wales, FL. May he rest in peace amongst the other 'Silent Keys'. Love You, Dad

    JOHN ANTHONY HODURSKI, 75
    John A. Hodurski of Lake Wales, Florida passed away Sunday, November 17, 2019.
    He was born November 6, 1944 in Nyack, New York to the late Bruno and Etoile A. (Knoebel) Hodurski. He has been a resident of the area for 4 years coming from Cape Cod Harwich, Massachusetts. He was a Meeting House Mechanic for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He was a member of the United States Navy and the Massachusetts Army National Guard and Coast Guard. He was a Ham Radio Operator, member of the Lake Wales Radio Amateur’s Club. He loved model trains, railroads, fixing things and cooking. John was a veteran in the United States Navy serving in Viet Nam.
    He is preceded in death by his brothers David and Michael.
    He is survived by his wife of 53 years Sharon M. Hodurski, daughter Kathleen Anderson and husband Tim of Indianapolis, IN, sons Erich Hodurski and wife Michelle of St. Paul, MN, Robert Hodurski and wife Karla of Lake Wales, FL, sister Brunianne Snow and husband Peter of South Dennis, MA, and 6 grandchildren.
    Visitation will be held 10:00AM until service time 11:00 AM Saturday, November 23, 2019 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Interment will be held at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida.

    Dad was laid to rest this past Mon 25NOV19 at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL. Was a nice but short ceremony with full military honors. I could hardly contain myself as I squared the deck and gave dad his final salute.
    I appreciate the kind words from you all. He will be missed.
