    Where do you think it all starts? Did you take a civics class somewhere in your upbringing?

    Again, WHERE do you think it all starts?

    In case you didn't understand what they taught in civics class, you own the govt and not the other way around.

    A big supporter of the 10th Amendment but it's a bit of a stretch to think that each state would have their own equivalent of the FCC. How about their own aviation regulations and aviation radio frequencies?

    What radio and antenna setup would you recommend for js8call beginner wanting to operate it out of offroad Jeep

    1) HF radio with a sound card interface
    2) Mobile antenna for the bands you want to cover
    3) Laptop to run the software.

    Options for all are the same for any mobile HF operating. A screwdriver type antenna is probably the “easiest” with the highest efficiency. Hi-Q, Scorpion, and Tarheel are examples.
