This is to inform the Amateur Radio Community of the passing of Allan Otway of Grenada West Indies on July 19th 2019 at a hospice in Gainesville , Texas where he lived and worked for a number of years. He was born in Grenada and held many callsigns among them being J39AH - 8P6AH - 8P0A - WP4A . Condolances go out to his family in Grenada, Barbados and the U.S.A. He will be missed. Derek -- J35X
