J38R, Grenada Dxpedition

I have been hearing J38R on 10 M phone. They were working split....I heard them on 15 M phone also.

Here’s hoping by some miracle I can work them sometime.

 

Nice DXpedition - but why have the pileups been so big (on CW at least)?

 

I worked them on 10m with an antenna 6' (< 2m) off the ground and 100 watts.

 

I couldn't sleep well Wednesday night and woke up at 4 AM EST. I turned on the Yaesu, tuned to the 10m band and J38R picked up my very first call.
