This year’s Homestead Days, at the Homestead National Monument near Beatrice, will have “Railroads” as its theme. The National Park Service has asked the Lincoln Amateur Radio Club to activate two CW stations from 1500 to 2200 UT on Saturday and Sunday, June 19 and 20, to showcase Morse Code. We will operate with the Special Event Call WØH from two locations: one at the Homestead National Monument and a second at Chautauqua Park in Beatrice. lonnierech@windstream.net
