    POPNOTE is celebrating its seventh year, now up to
    Version 4.0, and still free. PopNote has been adopted
    by many Hams as a private side channel for instant peer
    to peer contacts. Everyone is welcome to join those
    already enjoying and finding uses for it. PopNote is as
    easy to install as EchoLink, but uses no 3rd party
    servers that can fail and prevent its operation.
    Suggestions are always welcome.
