We can see an experiment gaining experience. this is good. And we can see people trolling this is bad. I have played with 49:1 baluns for a while the count of eight allows the primary change that assists transfer from the core to the wire. I have achieved good efficiency. Perfect? no but i have yet to see a perfect transfer, there is always a compromise. That said, the end fed half wave holds great value in portable operation. I have found core density and diameter to broaden saturation and power acceptability. So I watch experiments and take details for my experiment. Maybe there are those that know everything about radio, if you are one of them, please get off the forums and write a book to transfer the valuable knowledge to the rest of us.
