Our dear friend George no longer walks this earth. He always named his little dogs Mick which got lengthy and numerous walks.
He was associated with conservation of British ships, a member of the GQRP at one time.
Also at one or two church's in the Sankey area of Warrington. I have it, his funeral to take place 2nd January

George's last 3 years was in a home for those with altzimers, and connections with a nearby church for Holy Communion was part of his lifestyle. It's intended to have a celebration service for George's life at Kings community centre Penketh Warrington. At a later date. KCC was a library at one time.

George worked at swing bridges, and from what I hear from Des, one snowy night George's MZ motorbike
got pushed into the nearby canal, with clear signs of tyre tracks.
