His academic journey in solar-terrestrial physics started in 2007 when he began his graduate studies at the University of Saskatchewan (having graduated the previous spring from the University of the Fraser Valley). After receiving my MSc in 2010 he was eager for more research and remained at Saskatchewan until he received his PhD in 2015. Then he joined the Enhanced Polar Outflow Probe (e-POP) science team at the University of Calgary until 2019 when he joined NJIT. Since joining NJIT, he has been fortunate enough to work daily with world-class scientists and some very bright students. HamSCI serves as a means for fostering collaboration between professional researchers and amateur radio operators. It assists in developing and maintaining standards and agreements between all people and organizations involved. Its goals are to advance scientific research and understanding through amateur radio activities, encourage the development of modern technologies to support this research and provide educational opportunities for the amateur community and the public. For more information about HamSCI, and to join our mailing list, please visit the HamSCI website. For those unable to attend in person, check back on the HamSCI website shortly following the discussion. ###
