"I'm currently using a ICOM 2000H rig in my vehicle on 2M. Sometimes I can hear my transmission producing static on certain frequencies, and there is usually always a slight crackling when the engine is running. I'd like to know anything about how I can filter out the noise. I know that an inductor in the power line can help, but I have no idea as to what kind or inductance value to use."
