FCC Cites Baofeng Importer for Illegally Marketing Unauthorized RF Devices

The FCC could careless about CB , they care about interference in Land Mobile now final point in the report.

 

I wonder if this will affect CHIRP development.

It allows out of band transmit programming, Maybe it should not.

 

Recently several Baofeng-looking radios from two manufacturers obtained Part 15 certification as scanning receiver/amateur radios. The FCC rubber stamped the applications and doesn't seem to care (or maybe they don't even know) that most of them can transmit on any frequency out of the box.

Alguém saberia se o Radio Retevis RT3S foi aprovado pela FCC? Encontrei este ID FCC "2AAR8RETEVISRT3S", mas quando peço para pesquisar não o encontro. Se alguém tiver os documentos de aprovação, agradeço. Att. 73
