You can get a quansheng from alibaba for 20 bucks. I bought three and tossed them all over the house. It’s the dual band ht and will work fine with a good rx antenna and a sat tracking program.
Thanks for the heads up! I didn't watch the video, but looked up the info on the ARISS site. Last time I DL SSTV from the ISS the theme was Russian spacecraft.
I was able to copy a few strong 6m stations during the nightly net on it. I think the upper HF coverage is for RX only. The band scope is my favorite addition. And the Db signal meter.
