Excellent SSTV Image Received From Space Station With Delta Loop VHF Antenna!

I am quite happy to receive this picture from Amateur Radio on International Space Station using my homebrew Delta Loop VHF antenna just now. One of the best pictures I have decoded ever with my setup! In case you wish to have a look at the antenna, it is here: . It was a 75 degree pass.

You can get a quansheng from alibaba for 20 bucks. I bought three and tossed them all over the house. It’s the dual band ht and will work fine with a good rx antenna and a sat tracking program.

 

Heard that many are using it for HF after a firmware update!

Thanks for the heads up! I didn't watch the video, but looked up the info on the ARISS site.
Last time I DL SSTV from the ISS the theme was Russian spacecraft.

 

I was able to copy a few strong 6m stations during the nightly net on it. I think the upper HF coverage is for RX only. The band scope is my favorite addition. And the Db signal meter.
