Jonathan Taylor, K1RFD writes "I have developed a software package for Windows which uses the PC sound card to play announcements and bulletins on the air at scheduled times. The software can also be used as a duplex or simplex repeater controller. The program is called EchoStation. I have heard from several users who have found this useful for airing club-meeting announcements, SKYWARN bulletins, ARRL Audio News, and Newsline feeds. I suspect there may be other applications as well."
