K4D activation of Dog Island. June 3 0000Z thru June 10 2359Z. Activity will be 2 thru 40 meters, SSB/CW including 6 meters SSB/CW. I will have 100 watts on HF + 6 and 160 watts on 2 meter SSB/CW with a 6 element yagi. Look for me 7.180, 10.110, 14.235, 18.115, 21.275, 24.940, 28.310 SSB , and also on 7.029, 10.110, 14,029, 18.077, 21.029, 24.930, and 28.010 mHZ CW. I will be checking for openings and local contacts on 10 meters -- 6 meters, and 2 meters SSB/CW often. St. George Island has been activated countless times and is not rare. Dog Island has only been activated 3 times in recent history and is a very rare IOTA island.
