Days of activity are dedicated to the 655th anniversary of the founding of the city of Vinnytsia. The counting of our city began in 1363 from the time when the Lithuanian prince Olgerd won the victory over the Tatars. Then his nephews, the princes of Koriatovichi, began to build a fortress city on the conquered land. Among them was Vinnitsa. Organizes activity days: "Vinnytsia Regional Sports and Technical Radio Club".

A new diploma "Vinnytsya-655" is introduced as a reward for work in the days of activity. Radio enthusiasts who want to receive a diploma "Vinnytsya-655" must score 655 points. When working on ranges from 1.9 to 28 MHz, the credit points are calculated as follows:
- work with the radio station EM655N gives off 50 points;
- work with collective radio stations of Vinnytsia region gives 30 points;
- working with members of the "Vinnytsia Regional Radio Club" gives 20 points;
- other individual radio stations in the Vinnytsia region give 10 points.
Radio communications carried out by all kinds of radiation are counted, repeated bands are counted in different ranges. Repeated communications with the jubilee calliper EM655N are also counted on different days of activity.
To Vinnytsya radio amateurs for the diploma "Vinnytsya-655" it is necessary to hold with other participants in days of activity not less than 100 QSO. Receiving a paper diploma by operators under 18 years old, children's teams, war veterans and invalids will be free of charge / for Ukrainian operators.

Радіомовлення здійснюється за всіма видами радіації, повторювані смуги підраховуються в різних діапазонах. Повторні зв'язки з ювілейним calliper EN655N також підраховуються в різні дні діяльності.
Для Вінницького радіоаматорів на диплом "Вінниця-655" необхідно провести з іншими учасниками за днем діяльності не менше 100 QSO. Переможці чемпіонату (1-3 місця) будуть нагороджені організатором з цінними призами та паперовими дипломами.
Диплом електронною поштою надсилається заявнику електронною поштою на електронну адресу. Можна надіслати паперову версію диплому про оплату вартості виробничих та поштових послуг у розмірі 20 грн. Отримання диплом паперу операторами віком до 18 років, дитячих команд, ветеранів війни та інвалідів буде безкоштовно / для українських операторів.
