I'm using the following programs: Logs: N1MM SSTV: MMSSTV, MixW RTTY: MMVARI, MixW, FLDIGI MixW and FLDIGI for other modes. FT8/FT4: WSJTX And I've just installed RM-Noise wich I've just tested with headphones and makes an incredible noise reduction. I'll be connecting my rig to my pc to test the program to check how much it perform with the noise reduction.
JTDX and WSJT-X-Improved are both worthy contenders. Especially the -Alt variant of WSJT-X-I, which has a much larger receive (band activity) area so not as much of the current period scrolls off. JTDX is even a smidge better in that regard. Both improve the UI over the original, which seems to have been optimized for VHF, vs. DXing.
