I am sorry to report that Bob Purkhiser K7JIX became a silent key earlier this week. Purk was very active in the Oregon Emergency Net until just recently due to health issues. I don't know Purk's exact age but I'm thinking about 95 years. Purk was part of an entire family of hams most notably his bride Rose K7JIY who preceded him in death a few years back. Purk will be missed by everyone who knew him. Jim WO7V
