Billy E. Smith, KF4RRO SK SK December 22, 2015 Billy Edward Smith 1947 – 2015 Billy Edward Smith, age 68, of Mary Esther, died on Tuesday, December 22, 2015. He was born in Ashland, Alabama to Breamon and Eileen Smith. Billy served his country in the U.S. Army for 28 years and retired as a Sergeant Major in 1992, as a proud Vietnam Vet. He survived by his wife, Mathilde Smith; a son William Smith and three sisters, Linda Munsel, Debbie Kent, and Ronda McKeeney.
