    [​IMG]William P. Tully, 83, ofSyracuse passed away Saturday Feb. 9 at St. Camillus. Born in Brooklyn, he lived in
    Syracuse most of his life. He was a retired Sales Engineer for Siemens Building Technologies. Bill was a member of R.A.G.S. W2MTG, Quarter Century Wireless Assoc., and served in the Army Reserves for 16 years.
    He was predeceased by his first wife, Hazel in 1999, and his second wife, Lucille in 2010. Surviving are his children, Kathleen (Douglas) Davis of Easton, PA, William L. (Marina) Tully of Clemons, NC, Sandra (Steven) English of Memphis, NY; 2 sisters, Elaine Denis of Baldwinsville, Nancy (James) Bruinsma of Mexico, NY; 3 grandchildren, Amber Davis of Allentown, PA, Seneca and Jared Tully of Clemmons, NC; several nieces and nephews.
    Friends may call Wednesday from 9 a.m-Noon at the Butler-Badman Funeral Home, Inc., 4504 W. Seneca Tpke., with a service to follow at noon. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery.
