Recently I have started branching out and building my own antennas. It started with a linear loaded dipole for my patio, and now a full end fed half wave. This is part one where we wind the toroid and solder on the capacitor and BNC. I am a new ham, branching out trying to learn new things. I hope you enjoy this and maybe we can learn something together.

At least some people are still trying to build their own antennas.

I am still learning, but I enjoy this aspect of the hobby. 3D printers have really helped in making dipole centers or winders for end feds.
