Attack on 20 Meter DX Nets

" It seems that certain hams have a problem with dx ham-nets(etc). The group of hams purposely QRM nets that typically occur everyday. Their casual conversations seem to be oblivious to the nets operation. Thinking no one is wise to his or her agenda? or they don't care. They just seem to want to punish others in the same hobby.


Some of us prefer to use the nets, in order to save our lungs. Setting up shop 2-2.5kc away from the nets, using their widest filters and highest-power, they purposely try to close down the net with their QRM’ing. Everybody can't be a big booming amateur, and some of us smaller hams find dx-nets to be a needful tool. So why do these groups of amateurs need to destroy another groups QSO in the hobby?


It's frustrating to see this go on day after day, but what can be done? You can ask them to QSY, but they'll just stomp all over you. I say grow-up kiddies let other's enjoy the sandbox too!"
