Art Parent was an amateur radio operator in the late 60's and renewed in the late 90's. We will post further info when received.
I met Art in 2011 at a H.S. Observatory just after I joined an Astronomy Club (Ford Amateur Astronomy Club). After many of our talks he decided to renew his Amateur Radio license. About a year later we decided to join the Livonia Amateur Radio Club. I would frequently pick him up to go to radio club functions as he lived in Livonia and I live in Taylor, MI - 9 miles south of the radio club.
