Governor of Alabama, Kay Ivey, signs two proclamations regarding Amateur Radio. One proclamation will declare the week of June 17-23, 2019, the same week as Field Day, as Amateur Radio Week. The other proclamation is to declare AL2C as the official callsign of the Bicentennial of the state of Alabama. Proclamations are attached below. Chris Hall, K4LIA, presented Governor Ivey with a plaque as a Thank You for her support of Amateur Radio.
