En Venezuela se esta incumpliendo el Articulo 22 de la ley de telecomunicaciones CONATEL asi, como otros artículos que manejan potencia y discursos en las diferentes frecuencias y bandas para radioaficionados, el mal uso del (CÓDIGO FONÉTICO INTERNACIONAL) reconocido a nivel mundial como EL ALFABETO DE LOS RADIOAFICIONADOS A.F.I. ALFABETO FONÉTICO INTERNACIONAL es usado en venezuela con nombres de países y nombres de personas asi como NANCY sustituyendo NOVEMBER y prestando a confusión a la hora de un contacto QSO, asi como tambien el ALFA por AMÉRICA y sucesivamente todo el codigo único permisado mundialmente. En VENEZUELA el ARTICULO 22º. - Todo operador deberá identificar sus transmisiones al iniciar y finalizar su comunicación y regularmente después de los primeros diez (10) minutos, por medio del distintivo de llamada asignado en su permiso vigente, haciendo uso del código fonético internacional o códigos aceptados internacionalmente. Reiterada veces, un llamado de amistad se ha echo a estos colegas, amigos...! de hacer el uso correcto del alfabeto del radio aficionado recibiendo hasta groserías y malas repuestas de los amigos colegas de la radio. Una solución desde mi angulo y posición como radioaficionado es pedir a los amigos internacionales corregir esta mala acción que se presta a confusión en concursos, activaciones y hasta muchas veces llaman la atencion de algun colega que haga llamado CQ y se consigue con grupos en los cuales nombran países en sus indicativos como por ejemplo YV(X)JJN lo correcto es YANKY - VICTOR (X) JULIET JULIET NOVEMBER los amigos dicen YE- VE- (X) JAPAN JAPAN NICARAGUA.
