    I was informed last week of the local hamfest and didn't see it on here so I thought I would mention it.

    It will be held Saturday, Oct. 3rd starting at 11:00 AM at the church on Main St. just east of Plummer Ave. in Chanute, Kansas.

    Come check it out, should be a lot of fun, and I would like to meet some of the local operators in person.
