    The Dominican Republic is celebrating the 200th anniversary of the birth of the father of the nation Plablo Juan Duarte, January 26 and 27, 2013 la Union Dominicana De Radiosaficionados (UDRA) and Loma Del Toro Contest, will be using special callsigns HI0UD,large groups of operators will be in the air during the entire weekend<o:p></o:p> , a QSL card will be sent to all stations to confirm the QSO, info on QRZ.COM HI0UD
