Can someone please explain to me what flags are for? Thank you.

This is only a personal flag; there is no other use. If you click on save, the flags will remain.
To remove the flags, click on the flag; then save.

You may set up a New View (Filter) by selecting QSO Status /Flagged.

The flags in the left most column are simply a way of marking a QSO, This marking can be for whatever purpose the user choses. Think of it has one of those sticky page markers

I had abandoned the radio for many years. I have recently resumed and I still have some difficulty in juggling QRZ......

I just received a request from an Italian ham who is requesting a flag on their QRZ page for an SWL report that they have made with our station. There was never an actual QSO with them. Is such a thing possible? If so how can it be done?
    Thanks.
