XML API: Cancelling? Query rate?

    Hi. A couple questions regarding the XML API subscription:

    1. If I am not satisfied / no longer find the XML subscription useful, can I cancel my subscription and receive a portion of my payment in refund?

    2. What are the rate limitations to how often a subscriber can query the DB?

    [Edit:] 3. Can anyone post a link to the terms of service? -- scratch that, found the ToS here: https://ssl.qrz.com/files/eutc.txt .. After a quick review, I don't see answers for the above two questions in the ToS.
