Why are my posts getting deleted?

I'm posting a single, used item, with a non-stock photo. Initially I didn't include a photo, but even after I did it's been deleted twice. Here's an image of what I am posting...



I don't understand why this is being deleted. Can someone please explain what is wrong with the add so I can fix it?

 

1. Place the actual item that you are selling on a table (remove it from any packaging.)
2. Write your call sign on a piece of paper and place it next to the item.
3. Photograph the item
4. Insert the photo that you took into the ad

That is the way to do it.

I remember when people were selling empty boxes, and the buyer thought the Item was included.

The price was a clue, but many are clueless.
