Dear Friends and Fellow Amateurs,

It is with deepest sorrow that I write to inform you all that longtime CARC
member and friend, Bob Thrapp, W7AYH, passed away this morning following a
brief illness at Wyoming Medical Center in Casper.

Funeral services are pending at this time, and we are awaiting word from his
family on the nature (who's invited) as well as the time and place of Bob's
services.

Those who knew Bob will remember his zest for life and his love of telling
stories from his past, and he will be sorely missed.
