W4CN SPECIAL EVENT STATION

On May 5, 2001, members of the Amateur Radio
Transmitting Society will once again activate W4CN,
Special Event station's, commemorating the 127th
running of the Kentucky Derby, "The Run for The
Roses".


W4CN will be active between 1100 UTC and 1700
UTC on 14.085 (RTTY), 21.350 and 28.450 (SSB).
Stations making contact with W4CN during these
times will be eligible for an 8 X 10, full color
certificate, suitable for framing.



US stations are
requested to include $1.00 along with their QSL
card and DX stations are requested to include $2.00
along with their QSL card, to cover the cost of
printing and postage. SASE is not required!
These certificates will not be returned via the
outgoing QSL bureau!
