The CW axe Frequency TV show Hollywood Reporter says The CW has axed the amateur radio based TV show Frequency starring Peyton List as radio ham Raimy Sullivan Frequency was a combination of two of the season's most popular trends: time travel and movie reboots and averaged 1.5 million viewers. In the show a ham radio enthusiast discovers she can use her radio to communicate with her estranged father, Frank Sullivan, played by Riley Smith. The twist, of course, is that her father - also a detective - died in 1996, and their communication somehow spans the gulf of time. I tried watching it but it got WAY too confusing so I gave up, no big loss in my opinion. The "ham" radio aspect was pretty lame, it reminded me of the movie police in shoot outs where their Glock 19's have 100 round / infinite magazines........
Wired looking yep but the values are glowing nice, plus you get central heating for the shack at no extra cost, bonus.
