    Can anyone listen to the spanish on 24.950 and find out where it is coming from. It is a full time carrier rebroadcasting some sort of repeater operation.
    It has been there for several days. Today 03-23-2013. At times 59+ in Ct. If you figure it out let me know by e-mail k1ied@cox.net or get in touch with one of the frequency moniters in different countries, KB0BOG in US.

    I heard the same thing all day yesterday, continuing today. Another local NC operator also heard it. We both placed it SW or WSW from our Union Cty NC locations.
