Problems with the 8 Area incoming QSL bureau

Mario writes "I've been having a problem with the responsivness of the 8 area incoming qsl bureau. I realize these guys are volunteers and I'm thankful for that. But I just can't seem to get a response from them. I've tried e-mail several times, SASE, even contacted officials of the ARRL, and I just can't get a response. It's been over three months now.




If anyone else is having a problem, would you please e-mail me with your info. If there are others like me, I will compile the comments and send them to the ARRL. Or, if you feel comfortable with it, post a response here.
