    Dear 6m EMErs, Subject to arrival of our power amplifier from M2 this week looks like we will be going to Issyk Kul, Kyrgyzstan this Saturday, August 7. Certainly we will make final announcement if we go or don’t but at this point I just want to lay some basic rules and share some basic info about the trip in this semi-final announcement: While operating from the Issyk-Kul lake QTH we will use the following procedures:
