Pido orientacion

Saludos: No estoy seguro si este sera el foro pero agradecere la orientacion que me puedan brindar. El pasado 23 de agosto envie un money order con acuse de recibo por la cantodad de $400.00 para la compra de un equipo a un radioaficionado en E.U. Fue recibido el 26 de agosto pero la persona me alega que el equipo tiene algun problema y me regresara mi dinero. Al dia de hoy no he recibido de vuelta mi dinero. Alguien me puede orientar sobre algun mecanismo para recuperar mi dinero. Gracias adelantadas, JAIME:

Algo similar me paso hace un tiempo atras. Lo que tuve que hacer fue a llamar a las autoridades locales a ese indivuo para radicar un querella. A la misma ves puse el "call" y nombre de esa persona aqui en QRZ para que todos sepan que el tipo es un fraude.

Historia larga corta - el luego me contacto y me envio el equipo. El mismo llego danado y la hacian falta piesas. Menos mal era un tuner y no un radio o amplificador. So lo repare, probe y vendi para 'lante ya que siempre me recordaria de esa mala experiencia. Cierto esto tardo pal de meces sabe.

Te deseo suerte en esto ya que debe de haber una ley para estas situaciones.
