    It is with great regret that I have to announce the passing of W3TI, Allen Breiner, Sr., from Tamaqua, Pennsylvania. He took great pride working within the Amatuer Radio community and will be missed by all. He always had a positive impact on all who had known him, and always came up with solutions to any problems you had, whether on air or not. Thank you, Al!!! You will always be in our hearts!!!
