    3W, VIETNAM. Yosuke, JJ1DQR, will be active as 3W9QR from Da Nang between
    October 23rd and November 1st. Activity will be on 40-6 meters using
    mainly SSB. He will also participate in the CQWW DX SSB Contest (October
    26-27th). QSL via JJ1DQR, by the Bureau or direct.

    5E, MOROCCO. Royal Amateur Radio Association of Morocco (ARRAM) is now
    active using the special event callsign 5E6A for their National Celebration
    until September 29th. QSL via EA7FTR direct.

    5H, TANZANIA. Maurizio, IK2GZU, will once again return to the "Mission
    Ilembula" to do some work at the new hospital and orphanage between
    September 25th and October 28th. He plans to be active during his spare
    time as 5H3MB on various HF bands. Maurizio will use his FT-100 and the
    mission's TS-850 into a tri-band 3 element beam (20/15/10m) fixed on
    Europe and a vertical or dipole for the other bands. QSL via IK2GZU,

    CR2/CT8, AZORES. Wolf, OE2VEL, will be active as CR2L from the CU4DX DX
    station on Graciosa Island (EU-175) during the CQWW DX SSB Contest (October
    26-27th) as a Single-Op/All-Band entry. QSL via OE2GEN or LoTW. Before
    the contest Wolf will be active as CT8/OE2VEL.

    CY9, ST. PAUL ISLAND. The CY9C team is now QRT and the OQRS is activated
    (link is on their Web page). The CY9C team made 25k QSOs. Just a reminder,

    GB60, VARIOUS LOCATIONS (DXCC Entites)[Special Event]. Members of the
    British Amateur Radio Teledata Group (BARTG) will be active as GB60ATG
    until June 2020. The BARTG is celebrating their 60th Year Diamond Jubilee
    anniversary with this callsign. Special Awards are available for contacts
    with GB60ATG using any Data Mode. QSL via M0OXO's OQRS (Bureau cards ONLY

    H9, PANAMA. Members of the Panama Digital Group and the Radio Association
    of the Panama Canal will be active as H92L during the International
    Lighthouse/Lightship Weekend (ILLW) between 000z, August 17th, and 2400z,
    August 18th. Activity will be on 80-10 meters, including 60m, using CW,
    SSB, RTTY and FT8. QSL via HP1AVS.

    IOTA NEWS..............
    AS-025. (Update) Operators Valdimir/RV1CC and Yuri/RM0F will be active
    as RV1CC/0 and RM0F/P, respectively, from Iturup Island between
    August 15-22nd. Activity will be on various HF bands. QSL via
    details on QRZ.com.

    AS-200. Operators Take/JI3DST and Masa/JR8YLY will be active as JI3DST/5
    and JR8YLY/5 from Shodo Island between September 20-25th.
    Activity will be on 80-6 meters using CW, SSB, RTTY and FT8.
    QSL via their home callsigns.

    AS-206. Operators Take/JI3DST and Masa/JR8YLY will be active as JI3DST/0
    and JR8YLY/0 from Sado Island between September 6-11th. Activity
    will be on 80-6 meters using CW, SSB, RTTY and FT8. QSL via
    their home callsigns.

    AS-083. Mike, RA1ALA, is hoping to activate Shokalskogo Island (RR-06-05)
    as RA1ALA/8 sometime around August 20th. Plans are to be on the
    Arctic research vessel "Kartesh" come August 9th for several
    days and then take a MI-8 helicopter to the island. It takes
    special permission to visit this island as it is part of the
    Gdansk Nature Reserve - the state nature reserve in the Tazovsky
    District of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District. No
    other details were provided.

    EU-052. Michele, IW7EGQ, will be active as SV8/IW7EGQ from Zakinthos
    (Zante), Greece, between August 20-28th. Also valid for
    Lighthouse LOTA GRE017. QSL via M0OXO's OQRS.

    NA-082/ DX-World.net reports [edited], "A group of operators plan on
    NA-089. activating Cat Island (NA-082) as N5C, and Isle Au Pitre (NA-089)
    as K5P between October 4-6th. The plan is activate both islands
    simultaneously. The operators include Louis/W5GAI, Mike/AD5A,
    Dragan/K0AP, Oscar/N5LN, Jose/AD6D, Mike/AB5EB and possibly
    others. QSL will be via K0AP for both operations.

    NA-176. (Update) Pierre, VE2GT, is planning a one day operation from
    Île du Havre, and will be active as VE2GT/150 between 1330-1530z
    (+/- delay of boat) on September 1st. Activity will be on
    various HF bands; probably on IOTA frequencies. QSL via EA5GL.

    NA-187. Rick, K6VVA, is planning to activate White Rock sometime
    between September 15th and October 15th, but this depends on
    the weather. There are restrictions involved with this acti-
    vation – no generators and no gasoline is allowed on White
    Rock. This means low power battery operation and local day-
    time only activity for safety reasons. There is no recent
    history of sea lions on White Rock, but if one is encountered –
    even if sighted on White Rock before landing, everything will
    be QRT. Look for more details and a Web page to be forthcoming.

    OC-171. Steve, VK3TTT, is active as VK3TTT/4 from Magnetic Island during
    some evenings. The length of his stay is unknown. Activity is
    on 40-20 meters using FT8 with some SSB and slow CW with 100
    watts.

    decided NOT to post or dedicate a Web page to announce upcoming IOTA
    operations, PLEASE send your IOTA operations information to the OPDX,
    and we will post it here in an upcoming bulletin......

    JD1/M, MINAMI TORI SHIMA. Kazu, JD1BNA (ex-JK1FXI), will be active from
    Marcus Island (OC-073), Minami Tori Shima, between September 25-30th.
    Activity will be on 160-17 meters using mainly CW, with some SSB and
    FT8. QSL via JL1UTS, direct only.

    OA, PERU. Daniel "JD", IK2SGL, and his XYL have moved to a location in the
    Amazon Forest, Peru. They are international volunteers in a world-wide
    education program which contacst and helps the indigenous people of the
    region: the Awajun people. JD is active as OA9DVK mostly on Mondays on
    160-6 meters using a Kenwood 480SAT and a Yaesu FT891 into an Inverted L
    antenna for 160/80/40 meters and a 40/20 meters dipole. He has very little
    time for radio, but he enjoys contacting people all over the world and
    practicing his Italian, English, Spanish, Tagalog, Shipibo and now Awajun.
    He adds, "The area 9 of Peru is pretty rare. At the moment I have no news
    of other hams active in the area. So if you need this prefix, just look
    for me aroung 2200 UTC on 20 meters. I also have a twitter channel where
    I usually tweet when I am on air if internet is available." He currently
    does not have paper QSL cards, and can only QSL via QRZ, LoTW or eQSL.

    OY, FAROE ISLANDS. Alessandro, IZ1AZA, will be active as OY/IZ1AZA from
    the Faroe Islands between August 21-26th. Activity will be on 40-10 meters
    using CW and SSB. QSL via his home callsign, by the Bureau, direct, LoTW
    or ClubLog's OQRS.

    PA75, THE NETHERLANDS (Special Event). Look for special event station
    PA75LIMBURG to be on the air between September 12th, through March 3rd,
    2020. Activity is to commemorate the liberation of the most southern
    area in the Netherlands, the Province of Limburg 75 years ago. The station
    will be on air on various bands and modes, but mainly HF and SSB. For

    VK, AUSTRALIA. Members of the Warrnambool Radio Amateurs Group will be
    active as VK3DX from Portland's Whalers Bluff Lighthouse during the Inter-
    national Lighthouse/Lightship Weekend between August 17-18th.

    VP9, BERMUDA (Operators needed!). Operators Duane/WV2B and Rob/AE4X are
    planning a vacation style DXpedition to VP9-land in January 2020 and are
    looking for another operator to come along. Licensing is very easy for
    U.S. operators of at least General Class, although they would welcome an
    op from Canada or other countries as well. Anyone interested may contact

    W2, UNITED STATES (LH Op). Members of the Garden State Amateur Radio
    Association (GSARA) will activate W2GSA on Saturday, August 17th, from
    approximately 1300-1700 UTC at the Sea Girt Lighthouse (US0036) in Sea
    Girt, NJ, during the International Lighthouse/Lightship Weekend (ILLW).
    Activity will be mainly on 40 and 20 meters SSB with possible CW. QSL
    info will be provided on the W2GSA QRZ.com page. They will only activate
    the lighthouse for a few hours so they'll do their best to extend the
    operation a bit, but no guarantees! For more information on the ILLW,

    W3, UNITED STATES (Special Event). Look for special event station W3HPM
    to celebrate the 150th Birthday of ARRL founder, Hiram Percy Maxim, between
    August 31st and September 2nd, 1600-2200 UTC. Activity will be on CW and
    SSB. Suggested SSB frequencies are: 14245, 7245 and 3850 kHz. For a special
