LoTW (or the LoTW queue application) is experiencing problems again, according to the app it processed 30.000 logs in 2 hours time, 23.000 over the last hour. I don’t think so. Queue content lost? http://www.arrl.org/logbook-queue-status
So again they've learned very little, no proper communication. Nothing on their web site, nothing on LoTW's home page.
LOTW has been updated with new hardawre it seems and the new Hardware is smoking fast they are processing logs at an incredible pace, they are almost caught up and back to real time, should be by the weekend able to process logs instantly with no wait.
