My Condolences. Fred G. Anthony, KA0ZPH SK Fred G. Anthony, 78, died Thursday, Oct. 1, 2015. Funeral services were held Monday, Oct. 5, 2015, at West Center Chapel of Heafey Hoffmann Dworak Cutler Mortuaries in Omaha. He was born June 22, 1937 in Oakland, Neb. Preceding him in death were his parents, Clayton and Margaret Anthony. Survivors include his daughter, Evalyn LeAnne Rutten (Paul); son, Eugene Anthony; mother of his children, Judith Anthony; 7 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; sister, Marcia Sommerer (Roland); and friend, Mary Negrete.
