In support of the Iowa Hawkeyes playing in the Rose Bowl on New Year's Day, Battleship Iowa will be hosting a rally for the team and fans at the ship on 31 December from 1200 to 1700 PST. The Battleship Iowa Amateur Radio Association's NI6BB will be on from 0900 PST (1700 UTC) to 1700 PST (0100 UTC) to share the event with the rest of Iowa.
