    Gregory Maglathlin
    August 11, 1953 - April 09, 2017

Greg Maglathlin, 63, passed away in his home in Merrimack NH. He was born in Amherst, MA on August 11, 1953 to Leon and Eileen Maglathlin, both still living. Greg is survived by his brother, Peter Maglathlin of Darien, Connecticut, and sister, Leslie Shula of Cooper City, Florida. Greg was married to Juliana Maglathlin (nee Puksta) for 20 years, fathering two daughters, Rebecca Maglathlin and Katie Glowa. Greg was also married to Lorna Maglathlin (nee Maguire) and was a great friend to her three girls Caroline, Catherine and Meghan Maguire. Greg is also survived by his partner, Eun-Ju Cho, of Seoul, South Korea and their beloved rescue pup Leo.

Greg was an MIT graduate, class of ‘75, and former president of his fraternity, Phi Sigma Kappa. He was best known for having equal parts radiant intellect and disarming charisma. He started his career at the former Sanders Associates and went on to found multiple companies, including Codem Systems. Greg was a satellite and radio integration consultant with a global reputation. He supported international space, defense, and security programs with a capability and expertise that will be impossible to replace. Along with these accomplishments, Greg was a lifelong learner and tinkerer, continually expanding his skillset and challenging himself and others around him.

News of the departure of Callsign AB1NE will circle the globe and reverberate throughout the universe.

Greg was always fond of the saying by Arthur C. Clarke that, “any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic” and it informed the name of his consulting firm, PFM Solutions. Now, it describes you Dad. We love you.

A celebration of Greg’s life will be held on April 29th, 2017 from 6-11pm at the Puritan Conference Center, 245 Hooksett Rd, Manchester, NH. Family and friends are invited to share their favorite memories of Greg over food and drink.
