    It is with the utmost regret that I mention the passing of Geary Dodendorf, N9URU, in his home on Friday, January 28th, 2005. He was 62 years old.

    He was a long-time ham operator and my former manager when I worked at the Radio Shack in Willowbrook, IL in 1998-99. He was a tough, hard-working guy, but he was undoubtedly fair and with the utmost of integrity and moral code. He embodied everything that hams stand for, and he will be truly missed.

    Services have been held.

    We'll miss you Geary, and you will not be forgotten.
