    Donald G. Lemley Sr, W8DL (SK) (Feb 3, 2009) -- Don Lemley, W8DL, of South Charleston, West Virginia, passed away January 22 after a long illness. He was 74. A former Official Observer Coordinator for the ARRL West Virginia Section and an ARRL Technical Coordinator, Lemley was an active QRPer and taught many Amateur Radio licensing classes. He was named West Virginia Amateur of the Year in 2004. Lemley served in the Army and took on many leadership roles with his local Boy Scout troop.
