Just received this error too. What is the issue so we know. I see a lot of people with the 228 error code - I see no explanation what is causing it.
Having the same issue this morning - error 228. Filed a support ticket, and now after 30 minutes, it is working.
It seems to be working now. FYI - your Logbook End Date is set to your license expiration date and will need to be manually changed or your Logbook will stop accepting entries for dates after 3 Jan 2024.
