BY4AJT--a new station from Shanghai JiaoTong Univ.

I am the student of Shanghai JiaoTong University. I have been a ham for eight years. My callsign is BG4AGY, and I'm also the chief member of BY4BZB, a great club station in Shanghai China. In one month or two, We will start a new club station in our school. Thus, any recommendations on how to run it efficiently are pretty welcome.
We are seeking generous donations as well, printings and books about amateur radio will be much helpful to us. If your have second hand equipments which you no longer need to use please make it the best use by sending them to us, where they will be the foundation of our club station.
